Privacy Policy

Photo Strip Designer ("we", "the service") is a web application for designing photobooth overlays and managing photobooth business documents. This policy explains what information we collect, how it is stored, and the rights you have over your data.

Account information. When you sign up or sign in (including via Google sign-in), we store your email address and basic profile information provided by the authentication provider.

Your content. We store the designs you create, templates, uploaded photos, graphics, logos, contracts, invoices, and other project data you save in the app so that they are available to you across sessions and devices.

Billing information. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Your account data, designs, and uploaded files are stored securely in our hosted database and file storage infrastructure. Access to your private content is restricted to your account through row-level access controls.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or your designs to third parties. Data is shared only with the service providers required to operate the app (authentication, database hosting, payment processing, and transactional email), and only to the extent needed to provide the service.

We use a small number of cookies or browser storage entries strictly necessary to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy to describe what is collected.

You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate information, or deletion of your account and all associated data (including saved designs and uploaded files) at any time. Deletion requests are honored permanently — deleted designs cannot be recovered.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Some transient data (such as expired event checklists) is automatically purged after a defined retention period as described in the app. When you delete your account, your data is removed from active systems.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email.
