Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Photo Strip Designer ("the service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

The service offers a free tier with limited features and a paid premium subscription that unlocks additional features (such as contracts, invoices, AI tools, and the video studio). Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor and renew automatically until cancelled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds are provided for unused time except where required by law. Promotional offers (such as a free first month via coupon code) apply only to the period stated in the offer.

You agree not to upload, create, or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or that infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of others. You are solely responsible for the images, logos, fonts, and other assets you upload and for ensuring you have the rights to use them.

Your designs. You retain ownership of the designs, templates, and documents you create with the service. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate the service for you.

Our assets. The service itself — including its software, branding, built-in templates, fonts, and graphics libraries — remains our property or the property of their respective licensors, and may not be copied or redistributed outside the service.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost bookings, or lost data — arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of exported designs and for verifying print output with your printer and booth software before an event.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends and your data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
